The School


Prabharani Public School was the light of the day in the Academic year of 2003-2004 as one of the multipurpose educational technical schemes under the aegis of Prabharani Educational & Charitable Social Trust [an entirely non-profit making body], Berhampore, It is an affiliated co-educational English Medium day school. The school is meant for the day scholars. At the same time, Hostel accommodation is also available to the students who opt for residential facilities within the school campus. The School is located at a short distance from Berhampore town and is particularly notable for its pollution free greenery’s of the semi-rural areas of Banjetia. The congestion-free sylvan environment makes this institution happy heaven for the building learners.

The Building


Any Educational Institution worth the name has to have commodious premises and PPS has already come to fulfil this up area of more than 15,000 Sq. ft. within a spreading two-acre campus. A five storied Imposing building with spacious airy classrooms, auditorium and seminar halls are suitable for the students. Some areas going to be addeed to turn the campus into a super campus. The educational complex offers good Hostel Accommodation for boys and girls, a play ground, a beautiful smiling garden adding special charm to the luxurious green surroundings.

The Classroom


The beautiful architecture of Prabharani Public School is apportioned scientifically sculpted and well-furnished classrooms, each measuring a little over 400 sq.ft. and fitted with modern study aids. An ideal teacher-student ratio makes each class a hub of intensive interaction between the teacher and the taught. This very flourish has started attracting considerable number of students to our institution. Now being affiliated, our school hopes a remarkable future.

The Library


PPS owns a new-equipped and over growing library, covering a wide range of subjects. Students are allowed to use the reading-room and to borrow the books suitable for them.
